We offer 'LIVE' Real Estate Principles Exam Prep- Also R.E. Practice & Legal Aspects

When:	R.E. Principles Tuesday / Thursday evenings (6:30 to 9:30 pm) 7 Classes- Start Anytime (By attending both nights-you can complete in 3.5 weeks!!! Enrollment is good for up to 6 months
Where:	21133 Victory Blvd., Suite 216, Canoga Park Between DeSoto and Canoga Ave. (Warner Square complex)
How:	Two chapters are covered in each 3 hour session. There are 20 homework quiz questions for each chapter. You can take quizzes on-line or on pencil and paper. They are graded and returned to you so you know exactly how you are progressing in the course. When all homework assignments are completed, you are eligible to take an OPEN BOOK 100 question final exam. (final by paper or on-line) Score 70% or better to pass. Cancellation/ Refund Policy If for any reason you decide not to complete the course, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions: a. All textbooks must be returned within 15 days of enrollment (no exceptions). b. A minimum charge of $50.00 will be deducted from tuition charged plus twenty percent (20%) of tuition will be deducted for each 3 hour lecture attended.
