  • 1st Time Sales Licensees:
    Requires 15 hours:
    Must take mandatory 5 courses 3 hours  each
    "Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing, & Risk Management

  • All other Licensees:
    Requires 45 hours: 
    "Real Estate Matters" & Mandatory Agency, Ethics, Trust Funds, Fair Housing &
    Risk Managment

Course Procedures

  • There is no homework for any course.  Just read the section and take the final exam.
  • The DRE requires you to pass an open book, written final with a score of 70% or better on each course. Finals can be taken on-line, or pencil & paper
  • Minimum time to complete all 15 hours is two days. Minimum time to complete 45 hours is 5 days.
  • Maximum time to complete each course is one year from date of enrollment.
  • Any license who fails a final exam may take a second final at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

A student may cancel enrollment within 15 days of receiving course materials and receive a refund of all monies paid, less a $15 registration fee, upon returning all course materials unused.
